HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER / HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT ?

1. Add to cart / Checkout : When you see an item you like, click "Add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete you purchase. Then, click "Checkout", located at the top right menu section of the screen. This summarizes you selected items. If you wish to change quantity or update more items to your cart, simply click "Continue shopping". After you have made any changes and updates, click on "Proceed to checkout" to finish.

1  เพิ่มสินค้าใส่รถเข็น / ชำระเงิน: เมื่อท่านเห็นสินค้าที่ท่านต้องการให้คลิกที่  "Add to Cart" และดำเนินการซื้อสินค้าต่อไปจนเสร็จสิ้น จากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม " Check out " ตั้งอยู่ที่ส่วนเมนูด้านบนขวาของหน้าจอ นี้ เพื่อสรุปรายการสินค้าที่ท่านเลือกไว้ หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนจำนวนหรือปรับปรุงรายการสินค้าที่มากขึ้นในการสั่งซื้อของท่านเพียงคลิกที่ " Continue shopping" หลังจากที่ท่านได้ทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสินค้า และอัพเดทแล้ว กรุณาคลิกที่ " Proceed to checkout" เพื่อชำระเงิน



2. Login / Place Order : Registered members start by signing in using your email and password. Registering for your METICULOUS ONLINE STORE's account is fast and easy. Once the process is completed, registered members will be able to buy any online items immediately. After login, continue checkout steps by enter your shipping address, shipping methods, choose Transfer Money / Paypal as your payment method then click "Place Order".

2 เข้าสู่ระบบ / ยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ : สมาชิกใหม่ สมัครโดยการใช้อีเมลของท่าน และตั้งรหัสผ่าน ใน สมัครสมาชิก Meticulous online storeโดย สามารถทำได้ง่ายและรวดเร็ว เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการลงทะเบียนท่านจะสามารถซื้อสินค้าได้ทันที หลังจากที่เข้าสู่ระบบดำเนินการขั้นตอนต่อไปเช็คเอาท์โดยใส่ที่อยู่จัดส่งของคุณ วิธีการชำระเงินโดยเลือก โอนเงิน / Paypal  แล้วคลิก "Place Order".



3. Check Email : After completing the first 2 steps, customer will immediately receive our email confirming you all details in association with your order including our Bank account number for the payment transfer.
*To avoid METICULOUS accidentally sent to your junk/spam mail folder, please make sure to check them or save our email address info@meticulousshirt.com as non-spam.

3 ตรวจ สอบอีเมล์: หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนที่ 2 แล้ว ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลของเราในการยืนยันรายละเอียดทั้งหมดที่ท่านสั่งซื้อ รวมถึงหมายเลขบัญชีธนาคารของเรา สำหรับการชำระเงิน

4. Payment : Please review all order details in the email. If all are correct, please make a cash transfer in total exact amount to one of the below bank accounts:

4 การชำระเงิน: โปรดตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดในอีเมลของท่าน ถ้าทั้งหมดถูกต้องเรียบร้อยกรุณาโอนเงินในจำนวนเงินที่แจ้งในใบสั่งซื้อของท่าน ตามบัญชีธนาคารด้านล่างนี้ :

We will keep your product on hold for 5 days allowing you to make an payment transfer. In case customers do not make transfer within 5 days, such orders are automatically cancelled.

เราจะเก็บสินค้าของคุณไว้เป็นเวลา 5 วันเพื่อให้เวลาลูกค้าสามารถทำการโอนเงิน ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่ให้โอนภายใน 5 วันการสั่งสินค้าดังกล่าวจะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ



5. Confirm Payment : After you have transferred your payment, please REPLY " ORDER EMAIL MESSAGE" back to sales@meticulousshirt.com  to advise us for merchandise release. (With transfer notification before 16.00hr UTC/GMT +7 hrs Bangkok Time), the merchandise will be posted within the next working day. With transfer notification thereafter, merchandise will be processed on the following day and posted within the next day.

5 ยืนยันการชำระเงิน: หลังจากที่ลูกค้าได้โอนชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว โปรดตอบ " ORDER EMAIL MESSAGE"  กลับไปที่ sales@meticulousshirt.com  เพื่อจัดเตรียมสินค้า (แจ้งโอนก่อนเวลา 16.00 น.UTC / GMT +7 ชม. เวลากรุงเทพฯ)   สินค้าจะถูกส่งในวันทำการถัดไป หลังจากได้รับแจ้งชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว



6. Delivery : After you have confirmed your payment, customer will receive an email confirming your payment.

Our delivery : Mon-Fri (Except National and Public holidays)
-We only use EMS which customers will receive the package within the next day or 2 days (Within Thailand)
Customer will receive an eletronic invoice and shipping information from MeticulousShirt.com that contained registered EMS tracking number.

6 การจัดส่ง: หลังจากที่ท่านได้ยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการชำระเงินจากท่านเรา

การส่งสินค้า : จันทร์ – ศุกร์ (ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ)
-เราจะจัดส่งโดย EMS ซึ่งท่านจะได้รับสินค้าภายในวันถัดไปหรือ 2 วันถัดไป (ภายในประเทศไทย)
ลูกค้า จะได้รับอีเมลใบแจ้งยอด และข้อมูลการจัดส่งสินค้าจาก MeticulousShirt.com ซึ่งจะระบุ EMS tracking number เพื่อสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะสินค้าได้
