EXCHANGE & RETUREN ONLINE ITEMS AT THE STORES

Stores cannot issue refunds/exchange for goods purchased at MeticulousShirt.com.

EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange or refund any items (except underwear) that have  not been altered, washed or worn with all tags still intact within 05 days of original order receipt. METICULOUS ONLINE cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all tags still intact) and enclosing the original Delivery Note. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or signed-for mail service. Return address labels are provided for your convenience.  if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more then an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for despatch of exchanged goods. Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 5 working days

THE COST OF RETURNING ITEMS

Returning items either for a refund or exchange will be at your own cost. Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s).
